Since we are not lawyers, we will not provide any legal advice. For legal services, ask friends and family members who may have utilized attorney services previously for a referral to a competent attorney. We also suggest you contact Legal Public Assistance offices (especially if you live in a metropolitan city), or contact the State Bar within the state you live-in. However, we will provide suggestions or proposals in assisting you to pursue your objectives without being directly involved in your calls to the third party with which you have a dispute. We will guide you through your problem. 

Fees and procedures for this service:

The "ADVICE" service is established for those who need one time assistance or need to learn about the best method in communicating with creditors, collection agencies or any other offices you may had previous communication difficulties. This service is one suggestion per call . The length of the call will not exceed thirty minutes. And the charge for this call is $25.00. If additional help/time is needed in this call, the charge may increase.

Before contacting us, we suggest you take the following steps:

• Organize all documentation in regards to your issue and have them ready to discuss their contents.
• Organize and summarize the question/topic you want to discuss.

When calling, please give us a summary of what you need help within a couple of sentences. Then, give us the summary of your history/issue including the dates in the order of first occurrence to the most recent communications. In order for us to understand the issue and your need, we will summarize what you stated by repeating some or all of your statements and then offer you our suggestion.
